* Refactor tests into module
* Attendee refactor according to pep8
* Preliminary onsite form work
* Fix date hard-coded (closes #81)
* Rename confusing "onlineReg(Start|End)" to "onsiteReg..."
* Tests for onsite admin
* Rename database tables to postgres-friendly equivalents
* PEP8 refactor some functions
* Form tweaks to take a wider variety of international options
* Add mock testing
* Add wkhtmltopdf dependancy for future tests against printing
