travis-ci

Update Travis config and deal with EOLs

- Expand Travis CI matrix to build on Window, OSX and Linux
- Remove obsolete `sudo` key
- Make sure LF EOL is set on check on CI
- Add `.gitattributes` to use convert to `LF`. Get the template from https://github.com/alexkaratarakis/gitattributes
