nm/bond: Include bond options defined in on-disk profile

When applying state with default bond options explicitly set,
nmstate will fail at verification stage as default bond options
have been purged when showing to user.

To fix this, include bond options when it is explicitly set in on disk
profile.

New integration test case included.
