Import tests from iris.test.integration.test_grib load (#200)

* Port tests from iris.tests.integration.test_grib_load

* Minor tidying + comments update. Ensure that all tests check number of cubes loaded.

* Code style fix.

* Update iris_grib/tests/integration/load_convert/test_sample_file_loads.py
