Update V-Respiratory probe set from 2020-01

This updates the V-Respiratory probe set added in 2020-01. It makes
several changes, notably:
  - Includes more recent SARS-CoV-2 sequences, and new sequences from
    within its SARS-related coronavirus species
  - Includes flu (influenza A, B, C viruses; all segments)
  - Changes the description from '2019-nCoV' to 'SARS-CoV-2', the new
    name for the virus
  - Changes the description to clarify that this includes all diversity
    within the SARS-related coronavirus species (true of the previous
    version as well)
  - Deletes the 50k probe set, which is no longer reasonable when
    including the flu sequences too (down to ~70k probes would be
    reasonable)
