Allow adding TestPlan to TestCase via UI. Fixes #1021

TestPlan can be selected with the following selectors:

- TP-XYZ - where XYZ are integer numbers representing ID
- XYZ - where XYZ are integer numbers representing ID
- ABC - where ABC is a string found anywhere inside plan's name

All searches are case insensitive!
