Add trained DDPG agent on reacher env

This agent was already able to solve the reacher unity environment with
similar settings, as the one used to solve the bipedal environment. I
suspect that also the rigorous testing made the quick advances possible
as I could focus on the important barriers hindering convergence of the
agent.
