travis: Fix run test with copr repo

In travis system, the dnf command failed with error:

    [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/cache/dnf/metadata_lock.pid'

The bug is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1581824 which is
fixed in Fedora, not in RHEL/CentOS yet.

To work around it, remove the lock file before dnf command.
