Fixed ReferenceError for weakly ref'ed; disabling gc threshold

Details:

* There are cases with weakly referenced objects in gc.garbage where
  isinstance() fails with ReferenceError. Changed that to use direct
  type comparison.

* Disabled automatic GC collection during tracking period, by setting
  the gc threshold to 0,0,0. The original set of thresholds is saved
  and restored.
