nm/bond: Get in-kernel runtime bond options

NetworkManager API provides a list of supported bond options in their
source code, use that list and check /sys/class/net/<bond_name>/bonding
folder for in-kernel runtime bond options.

When applying bond options, ignore empty string option.

New integration test case added.
Removed unit test `test_get_bond_info` in the favor of newly integration
test.
