fix: breadcrumb 0.5.0 (#1958)

* start working on breadcrumb updates and collapse

* breadcrumb resizing works but needs code cleanup

* refactor, large and immediate (not pixel-by-pixel) resizes work

* start writing tests

* add tests

* fix circular dependency

* use parent element by default instead of window.innerWidth. demonstrate how to use specified parent element. demonstrate RTL use
