Implement atomizing arrays

In short:

 - Make atomize work recursively and make it output sequences.
 - Wherever we're sure to only get one result in atomization, just use ISequence#first() to get the
first item
 - Use ValueType more thoroughly
 - Fix proper array HOF casting
