* Fix 3rd party authentication

* Add SAML authentication
* Rework Google authentication to work with new Google APIs
* Fix for ldap login, and update to use material components
* Fix geoaxis switch case in authentication strategy ng-repeat

* Pass auth strategy name to authentication component after successful auth
