Monoexp t2 (#373)

* - [Include] Bloch simulations by Brian Hargreaves to the external sources
- [Include] Monoexponential T2 fitting code
- [Include] mese_t2 class definition (under development, gitignored)

* renamed model from map_t2 to mono_t2

* -change data name to SEdata -set bounds for simulation to reasonable values -provide url for download data

* add a url for partial dataset during travis test. Simulations on single voxel and sensitivity analysis acts as expected

* added static object

* add to help and to list of static models

* Rician --> Normal

* fix definition of FitResult in plotModel
