Typescript (#420)

* convert to typescript

* typescript comptile at install

* backwards compat

* update example, add to changelog; increase version
to 1.0.0-beta.26

* more typescript types

* remove old types file

* don't ignore source files
and don't build on npm require because typescript is a dev dependency

* make ts a real dependency and run it on install

* export other classes too (usefull for typing)

* remove an evil line of code
