feat(line): Add several methods useful in polyskel calculations

* improvement(geometry2d): adding methods to be compatible with polskel class

Add magic methdos, and to array methods to ladybug-geometry objects.

* feat(polyskel.py): add feature to compute straight skeleton from polygon

Polyskeleton class computes straight skeleton.

* test(polyskel_convex_test.py): test for polyskeleton convex geometeries

* build(dev-requirements.txt): add numpy to dev-requirements.txt

* improvement(polyskel.py): added concave capability

Finished translated concave geometry methods from original polyskel implementation.

* test(polyskel.py): fixed pytest warnings for StopIteration exception

* test(polyskel.py): add original polyskel files to tests dir in new directory

Add original repo files for test comparison, and also delete old redundant files.

* improvement(polyskel.py): completed version of polyskel functionality

Completed all functionality + tests. Still has some TODOS for docstrings, but all other PR comments
should be fufilled.

* ci(adding coverage config file.): added .coveragec file to avoid tests being covered

* style(polyskel.py): flake8 consistency and docstrings

* perf(polyskel.py): remove distance btwn pt line function

Removes redundant functions.

* improvement(polyskel.py): remve unused import

Removed Vector3D library.

* chore(fixing weird import.): fixing git commit from previous round
