BF: Better mac keyboard access handling (#2800)

* DOCS: if we get the PsychHID FileNotFound error then explain it better

* BF: If Mac SysPrefs not set for Keyboard then raise a dialog box

We can now raise a dialog explaining the issue and then forward to the
appropriate section of SysPrefs as needed

* DOCS: better warning message for Mac keyboard access error

* FF: broken warning dialog boxes caused by typo in elif

also fixed yucky macOS name for @hoechenberger :-)
