docs: updates documents for change in host of public documentation to lsstdesc.org/clmm

* Format table in notebook for better doc rendering

* removed our readthedocs references and replaced with LSST DESC documentation: http://lsstdesc.org/CLMM/

* added Example2 to the docs

* testing removing the readthedocs.yml to see if documentation changes

* also testing necessity of conf.py in readthedocs.io - need to delete that now that it is obsolete

* tests failed, so testing if conf.py was the necessary file

* update table rendering

* Adjust table width

* Clear outputs

* modified Z in X.Y.Z because docs are updated

* Added lines in CONTRIBUTING.md to remind folks to merge changes from master to the publish-docs branch before running update_docs script.  Also, added reminder that notebooks need to be executed for output to show in public documentation.
