Storybook tweaks:
 - Allow the root App component to take a render function as the layout instead of a layout name
 - Rename container stories to map stories
 - Number story modules so that the map viewer story is the initial story displayed
 - Split map stories into generic and MapGuide-specific stories
 - Flesh out existing map stories
 - Allow 2 modes of mocking.
    1. Render a mapagent placeholder
    2. Do not render
