Replace raw proof map in QA service with hashing one [ECR-3849]: (#1410)

Qa service schema had to use a separate map for names as
proof maps didn't use to allow string keys.
With hashing proof map there is no longer a need for a separate
collection for names.

The remaining usage: CryptocurrencySchema#wallets — uses
verified Public Keys.
