nm, applier, ovs: Detect OVS bridge ports workaround

Detecting the OVS bridge interfaces through NM API is currently broken [1].

This change intoduces a temporary workaround that detects the connected
interfaces (to the bridge) from the state.
Work on OVS stability and bond support can continue with this workaround
in place.
