Fixed git compatibility (--absolute-git-dir) and coverage :boom:

- Coverage uses old git -> fix command.
- MOCK_DOWNLOAD for exec-tests.sh to use the current install.sh when
downloading.
- Small bugfix in coverage.sh for single test.
