Added some usage examples documenting use of --max-responses. (#253)

- Deprecated the flag `--max-responses` with `--allow-pub-response`
- Added usage examples for `--allow-pub-response`.

Simplified the argument handling so that the cli itself attempts the validation of the flag as a number.
