Remove methods for (a * c + b * d) and (b * c - a * d) in Complex divide

The scaling now reduces a and b before computing the division if there
is a chance of overflow. Thus the specialised methods to detect overflow
are redundant and cannot be hit by any input arguments, e.g.
divide(Double.MAX_VALUE, Double.MAX_VALUE, 1, 1).

This returns the listing for edge case handling to match ISO C99 G.5.1
(8).
