[db] Rename TestRun.run_id to TestRun.id

INTRODUCES BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES:

- API methods returning serialized TestRun objects rename
  the 'run_id' field to 'id'. The affected methods are:

  -- TestRun.create()
  -- TestRun.filter()
  -- TestRun.update()

- remove unused tcms_values section from HTML templates containing
  hidden fields
