Commit Message

Bulk up corecmd package

We now have ACK and OHAI responses; parsers and emitters for each; and a
lot of tests.

This currently has 100% code coverage... but nothing really uses it yet.
Got to try to thread higher-level message passing through the
controllers.

Also guest-starring some cleanup here and there, as I (re)learn more
about Go.
