build: Drop Node 8 support & update to `ava@^3` (#59)

* chore(package): update `ava` to version 3.0.0
* test: update tests for `ava@3`
* build: drop support for Node 8

BREAKING CHANGE: Node 8 is no longer supported. Tests are no longer run against Node 8 and the package now declares supported engines as Node >= 10. Use `pellicola@^0.10` if you need to support Node 8.
