Issue/218/cori use docs (#222)

* started additional documentation for cori use in the CONTRIBUTING.md

* setup.py had typo for SystemError printing

* additional instructions for conda installing in cori and a start to a workaround in a notebook to live install, but not working because of cluster_toolkit likely.

* added crucial line to run in jupyter notebook in cori

* added more description in cell to install

* remove redundant directory change

* added another change directory

* Update CONTRIBUTING.md

for jupyter.nersc.gov to see the conda environment, you need to pip install jupyter instead of conda install
