Ipyannotations example (#49)

* Make labeller re-usable and importable

- making examples using Labeller means it
  has to be importable
- also, making it a first-class citizen should
  mean it's a widget, rather than its own class
- so, Labeller now inherits from VBox

* add ipyannotations as docs dependency

* Add an explanations of the components of a widget

* catch runtime error caused by no frontend in docs notebooks

* Rookie mistake bugfix...!

_No mutable default arguments_

* Put a printed data version in notebook
