* Translate home workflow buttons
Connect up home workflow buttons to the translations store with the Translations component. Get workflow display name from the translation.

* Connect project home page to translations store
Connect up the project home page to the redux store.
Load translations when workflows are loaded.
Convert ComponentWillReceiveProps to ComponentDidUpdate.
Load translations when the page locale changes.

* Add translation prop to workflow button tests

* Add PropType and default for workflow translation
