* Getting somewhere, maybe

* Getting closer.  Currently can't cancel it

* Oops, probably shouldn't include the upto/exactly "variable" selectors in the default case block, since they're very specific to Dishonorable Assault & similar cards

* Minor refactoring based self code review

* Changed my mind after thinking about it.  Shouldn't share cost variables between costs, just in case a card needs to have multiple costs and uses both.

* Getting CI to re-fire
