Add a require('bluebird').prototype.inspect function.

Thus promises ending up in node.js' console.log/util.inspect/REPL will be inspected less weirdly.

I couldn't figure out a nice way of patching bluebird per Unexpected instance, so I made it depend on MagicPen.defaultFormat.
