Reworked registration form and register_user logic (#255)

* Reworked registration form and register_user logic

register_user now receives form instead of user model data dictionary.
form's to_dict now supports arguments to extract user model data only and by default extracts all form data

* Refactorings

Cleaned up conditions and comments

* Minor refactorings

Refactored code in line with reviewer's comments

* Modified user_registered signal call

It now passes form_data as well. Adjusted test_registerable_flag test as well

* Refactorings

Removed some white space

* Added test_form_data_is_passed_to_user_registered_signal

Checks user data signal callback receives form data with additional fields

* Updated api documentation

Added note that user_registered is passed `form_data` arguments.

Expanded explanation of `form_data` variable passed to user_registered signal.
