log.py: tolerate logging changes in Twisted-15.2.0

The new twisted.logger subsystem changes the eventDict delivered to log
observers, and includes two non-serializable keys (log_level and
log_legacy). This patch changes the twisted-to-foolscap bridge to
replace these keys with serializable ones.
