implementing new pagination for TaskList (#25)

* implementing new pagination for TaskList

* changing API requests, structuring the app to easily bootstrap from local environment, creating a step by step on Readme file, fixing some tests and updating mocked data to fit new API params

* moving getConnections to its own file and removing constants from App

* changing api folder structure to match domain type

* fixing PR comments

* removing unnecessary type

* typo

* Replacing PropTypes.object to PropTypes.shape({}) to remove the eslint-disable
