feat(cli): add static BINDING_KEY prop to non-global interceptors

The binding key makes it easier to apply the interceptor using
`@interceptor` decorator.

Please note this pull request changes the scaffolded binding key
- from "name" (e.g. `ProductLogger`)
- to "className" (e.g. `ProductLoggerInterceptor`).

Reasoning: the binding name should match the class name. When the class
is renamed by the developer, the binding name should be updated
accordingly.
