Major refactor (#45)

As always, this is a pull request that started as writing a new example, but
I got sidetracked and did a major refactor of the library. It's now much more
modular and basically ready for some exciting new sister projects, but
basically the entire API has changed. This will necessitate a new release soon.

I did end up writing a new example, as well, though 🎉 It's an example of
using docker-compose as a way to orchestrate a web-app, ML model, and
database.

* dev snapshot; moving laptops

* Add manual starting / stopping to timer

This commit refactors a lot of the functionality and call signatures.
This means that many of the classes have been renamed, and much
of the functionality has been "simplified".

* Move back to "src/superintendent" structure

* remove matplotlib from requirements, add acknowledgments

* using isort to fix import orders

* fix tests for dbqueue

* re-organise submitter, remove dead code

* Adapt submitter tests to new layout of code

* refactor some of the multi-class submitter widget

* fully test multiclass submitter

* fully test new display module

* bugfixes in multiclass preprocessing wrapper

* add Pillow to dependencies

* fix conversion tests

* move distributed tests

* fix tests for display

* test distributed queueing

* make minimal test for class labeller

* fix distributed labelling tests

* remove unused queueing test

* remove old, unused tests for now

* fix some flake8 issues in tests

* apply test pipeline to src/ dir

* fix or ignore typing issues!

* document & fix signatures of acq. functions

* Document submissionwidget mixins

* appropriately document  img display

* rename distributed Mixin to make it "private"

* remove total ordering and add context decorator
