* Add data and operations to store big-map-diffs

 * create the sql tables and constraints
 * define the attribute decoded from json in all operations concerned
 * write the conversions and store operations for all kind of maps
 * handle legacy definitions
 * write platform discovery tests

* Reformat all the things

* Define class wrappers for tuples of data to convert

* Add missing test for big maps and fix related issues

 * remove unused log configuration
