Edit component#53 (#151)

* Added skeleton of new edit component.

* Added tests for default state of edit.

* Edits can now have text inserted.

* Edit now inserts keypresses as text.

* Inserting text in an edit causes a redraw.

* Test for inserting printable characters now checks various characters.

* Edits will not shows newlines or control characters.

* Empty edits do not react to backspace or del.

* Added test for cursor and movement keys on an empty edit.

* Refactored fill_canvas into its own file.

* Edits now append to the end of existing content.

* Edits can now move the cursor and insert text in the middle.

* Added support for pressing the home key in an edit with text in it.

* Added support for pressing the end key in an edit with text.

* Now handles edit insertions that push text off the end of the displayable space.

* Minor editorial changes.

* Edit fields now handle backspace and del keypresses.

* Fix for missing semi-colon in fallthrough annotation.

* Edits now handle mouse events by moving the cursor
