fix: Don't serve our test web app out of `dev.randytarampi.ca`, but out of `www.dev.randytarampi.ca`.

ACM gets confused doling out certificates because it seemed to be checking CAA records on `dev.randytarampi.ca`, which had a CNAME set to `randytarampi.github.io`. With no way to opt out of CAA checking, we need to move the GH page vanity redirect.
