global: move to Helm

* Creates a new directory with the REANA Helm chart, helm/reana-stable
  (closes #28):

  ```
  $ helm install reana helm/reana
  ```

* Secrets stop being requested interactively, if not provided they will
  be filled with default hardcoded values.

* Adds Traefik as a managed dependency, paves the way to do similar
  with Postgres, Redis and RabbitMQ.

* Prefixes all REANA components with `reana-`.
