get ccreg verifys if provided parameter is a valid register
- new sub SIGNALduino_Get_Command_CCReg
- test_sub_SIGNALduino_Get-definition.txt extendet to verify behaivour

set cc1101_patable_433 and cc1101_patable_868 migrated to single parameter cc1101_patable which uses attribute cc1101_frequency
- modified cc1101:SetPatable
- tests/test_sub_SIGNALduino_Set-definition.txt extended to verify behaviuor
