Nexus Maven Plugin (#2)

* Setting up maven plugin

* Preparing repo for plugin logic

* Adding nexus-core to parent pom.

* Adding DI for plugins that is Maven session aware.

* Adding download step to download goal.

* Adding target download directory as a parameter.

* Removing dependency prefetch. It was failing on dependencies between modules.

* Changing Nexus Core services to require client instead of instance.

* Adding Jaxb dependency for Java 11 compatibility.
