Allow registering features in for_entry_type blocks

Evaluate `for_entry_type` blocks immediately if the target type
matches. This enables nesting features and entry type blocks both
ways.

Calls of `features.register` inside `for_entry_type` blocks can be
rephrased as features registered in the global configuration with the
feature block wrapped in `for_entry_type`.
