Use data from Backbone collections in editor preview

* Set up Backbone collections for sections and content elements with
  seed data.

* Add `useEntryState` hook which exposes a `dispatch` function to
  update a representation of the entry in component state and returns
  a nested data structure that matches the previous example data
  shape.

* Watch Backbone collections and propagate update actions into preview
  iframe via `postMessage`.

* Remove dummy editor code from `Entry` component. Remove
  `EditableScene`. This will be implemented in real editor code.
