Avoid duplicated header `Vary`

Due to the usage of `MessageInterface::withAddedHeader`, the `Vary` header is duplicated with the `<old value>, Origin` extension.
This results in the following header structure returned from the server:

```
vary: foo, bar
vary: foo, bar, Origin
```
