Removed children in docstring of EXPPARAMVALUE() in cim_xml.py

Details:

* DTD 2.4 removed incorrect children VALUE, METHODRESPONSE, and
  IMETHODRESPONSE from the EXPPARAMVALUE element, because they were not
  needed. The coding support for these elements was already absent in
  pywbem, but the docstring of EXPPARAMVALUE () in cim_xml.py still
  showed them.
  This change removes these elements from the docstring.
