[FIX] tms: Assign the correct journal on fuel invoice

When the wizard that creates the invoice comes from
``fleet.vehicle.log.fuel``, the type is 'in_invoice', then, the journal
must be a purchase journal. This was fixed, and now returns the correct
view to customer bills.
