1. FluxDispatcher now protocol and replaced FluxActionDispatcher
2. FluxComposer renamed to FluxIterator
3. FluxStoreEvent removed, and notifications declaration placed as global var. Argument of stateWillChange and stateDidChange PassthroughSubject now struct instead of tupple
4. Added brief documentation to readme file
