Remove flaky test

http://. is not parsed with yarl 1.3 (idna exception), but is parsed
with yarl 1.4 (idna is skipped for ascii only hosts). Either is OK
for our purpose, and the next check already takes care of ensuring
that known-incorrect hostnames are parsed as empty strings.
